We are more than happy to offer free delivery locally or let you pick up from us at shows as the most inexpensive means of getting your doll costume stands to you safely.

As supplies are limited at the moment we are currently only shipping within the continental United States until after the 2021 Christmas shipping season ends.

We will look at offering our products to a broader global market in 2022.

Currently shipping costs are calculated as 15% of your total order.   This pricing is subject to change based on market forces.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any 3rd party addresses not matching payment addresses or any confusing addresses or address form errors.  We will contact you if so.

For very large bulk orders, contact us for a specific shipping quote.  Bulk order shipping costs are based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your package.

For savings on bulk shipping we have the ability to offer stands unassembled in a more compact box.  A great idea for doll clubs ordering stands in bulk for an event!

Gift boxing services are available for sending a stand to your sewing friend.  Just let us know.

We will insure your shipment appropriately, send tracking and work with you on all insurance claims with your shipper.

We can ship via USPS, UPS and Fedex.

No refunds provided for shipping charges.

We will not do product substitutions without contacting you first.

Please inspect your received items for damage.  If the package has been opened, smashed or heavily abused, check for merchandise damage and file a claim with the shipper immediately as well as contacting us directly.  We will work with you on all shipping insurance claims and help you resolve damage claims and reship if we have available product.  If not available, we will let you know how long it will take until we are able to restock your item.
