Returns Policy

We operate like an artist or an antique shop and are currently unable to accept returns.

Books and patterns and digital downloads are not returnable.  No exceptions.

Custom costume and accessory designs are artistic endeavors and are not returnable.  No exceptions.  If there is an error in our work we will attempt to repair it for you based on staff availability.

If items are damaged in shipping we will work with you to process any insurance claims with the appropriate shipper. 

If you need to exchange a mannequin size, items must be in exact condition as shipped to you. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please contact us first before sending any large items to us.  As we travel frequently to shows, we want to make sure that they are safely received.

Currently due to supply chain issues, shipping times  for items purchased from this website can be monumentally delayed.  We are not responsible for shipping delays out of our control.

Refunds for Customized Design Work

Clients are required to pay for all billed invoices for work performed. Although a cancellation may be due to the level of satisfaction in a project, final billings for performed work are final and nonrefundable.

No refunds will be made for any work which has been designed, completed and delivered.

Any changes by the client to the originally approved scope specifications are potentially billable at the client’s expense.

Registrar and third party provider delays not in control of Mountain Woods Media, LLC are generally not deemed suitable for refunds.
